Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and skilled truck driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while adhering to all safety regulations and company policies. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to manage various driving tasks, including operating different types of trucks such as dry vans, flatbeds, or roll-off trucks. Whether you are starting your career or are an experienced driver, you will have the opportunity to grow and advance.
Pay & Benefits
Pay: Average $1,100-$1,200 per week
Additional Pay:
$25 per drop & hook load
$100 per unload
Paid Training: 4-6 weeks for recent grads
Miles: 1,900 average per week

Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a dry van truck and other assigned vehicle types
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
Maintain accurate delivery logs and required documentation
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise
Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety guidelines
Operate additional equipment (e.g., forklifts) for loading and unloading tasks as needed
Qualifications
Valid Class A CDL (endorsements not required)
No prior experience necessary if at least 120 hours of CDL truck driving school have been completed
Must be 21 years or older
Must pass drug screening (hair & urine) and a clean background check
No terminations from previous employment, no felonies, at-fault accidents, or DUIs
No misdemeanors in the past 10 years; all driving violations, including speeding tickets, will be reviewed
Proficiency in operating manual transmission vehicles is a plus
