Regional CDL-A Truck Driver – Dedicated Reefer Grocery | Fort Wayne, IN
About the Position
We are looking for Regional CDL-A Drivers for a Dedicated Refrigerated Grocery account out of Fort Wayne, IN. Run consistent regional lanes from the distribution center directly to store locations, get home every week, and earn $88,000 to $90,000 per year with one of the strongest all-in pay packages in the region.

Pay & Compensation
- $0.90 CPM + $20 stop pay + $35 per load
- $0.15 CPM performance bonus — must maintain 98% on time, no incidents
- Average weekly earnings: $1,703/week
- Average yearly earnings: $88,000 – $90,000
- Around 1,700 miles per week — all miles paid empty and loaded
- Dock detention pay: $20/hour after 2 hours
- Pay raise of $0.05 CPM after your first year
- Paid every Friday via direct deposit — W2 position
- Per diem available
Sign-On Bonus: $7,500
Schedule & Home Time
- Home weekly for 34-hour reset — weekends not guaranteed
- Average 2 stops per day — some loads up to 5 stops
- Hauls stay under 150 miles
- 24-hour dispatch available
The Route
- Distribution center to store deliveries across Indiana, Illinois, and Ohio
- Refrigerated grocery freight on dual and tri-temp reefers
- Must be able to move bulkheads
- Driver unload at store docks — pallet jack provided with some hand unloads
- No hazmat loads — no lift gates
Equipment
- Day cabs — 2023 Freightliners and newer
- All automatic transmissions
- APU equipped
- Outward facing cameras only
- Governed at 70 mph
- Slip seat — trucks stay at the yard
- ELD provided — Geotab
- EZ Pass and Best Pass toll cards provided
- Comdata fuel card

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A
- minimum 6 months of solo driving experience
- Good MVR required
