CDL A Regional/OTR Reefer Driver – $1,500/wkly. + Stop Pay + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

TransForce is seeking experienced CDL A Regional/OTR Reefer Drivers to join a growing operation. This Direct Hire opportunity offers consistent refrigerated freight, modern automatic equipment, competitive component pay, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to earn additional income.

Location: Janesville, Wisconsin

CDL A Driver Details:

• Schedule: Typically Saturday–Wednesday or Sunday–Thursday. Dispatch information is provided at least 24 hours prior to trip start.
• Pay: $0.65 per mile – Averaging 2,000-2,500 miles per week (more if desired)
• Additional Pay:
  

  • Stop pay
  • Detention pay
  • Monthly fuel efficiency bonus
  • Opportunity to earn additional income through local pickups when Hours of Service (HOS) allow

  • Route Type: Regional/OTR
  • Freight / Load Type: Refrigerated food (primarily cheese)
  • Equipment: 2019 or newer Kenworth T680 automatic tractors with 53′ reefer trailers utilizing Samsara ELD systems
  • Loading: No loading or unloading required (no-touch freight).

    CDL A Driver Minimum Requirements:

    • Valid CDL A license
    • Minimum of 2 years of CDL A driving experience (insurance requirement)
    • No endorsements required
    • No at-fault accidents within the past 3 years
    • No more than one moving violation within the past 12 months
    • No SAP history
    • Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

      CDL A Driver Responsibilities:

      • Safely operate a tractor-trailer transporting refrigerated freight
      • Deliver freight throughout assigned OTR routes
      • Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
      • Maintain accurate electronic logs using Samsara
      • Communicate with dispatch regarding deliveries and schedules
      • Operate equipment safely while following all DOT and company policies
