Job Overview:
We are looking for dependable and skilled OTR Truck Drivers to join our team! Whether you’re a recent CDL graduate or an experienced driver, we offer a great opportunity to start or grow your career. Compensation & Benefits:
Weekly Pay: $1,200 – $1,500 (based on experience)
Training Pay: $650 during paid training (4–6 weeks)
Orientation Pay: $300 upon hiring
Bonuses: Monthly performance-based incentives

Freight & Routes:
Freight: 100% no-touch freight (live load/unload, drop & hook)
Routes: A variety of routes providing diverse travel experiences
Home Time:
Home Time: Every two weeks with 2 full days off
Rest and recharge at home every other week
Equipment:
Trucks: Automatic trucks (average age: 1.5 years)
We ensure well-maintained trucks for your safety and comfort
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate trucks to deliver freight to various locations
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers
Adhere to all safety and traffic regulations
Qualifications:
Valid CDL-A
Must be 21+ years old
No at-fault accidents in the past 5 years
Experience: Not required—paid training provided
Ability to operate automatic trucks
