Safetrux Inc. is hiring professional, safety-minded Class A CDL Team Drivers for a FedEx Ground Unassigned OTR Linehaul Team operation based out of Charlotte, NC.
Established teams are strongly encouraged to apply. Individual CDL-A drivers interested in team driving are also welcome—we can help match qualified drivers with the right partner.
PAY: GUARANTEED INCOME + MILEAGE UPSIDE
$1,750 WEEKLY MINIMUM GUARANTEE PER DRIVER
Your income is protected during slower dispatch weeks while giving you the opportunity to earn more when the miles are available.
- $1,750 minimum weekly gross per driver
- $1,750–$2,200+ weekly earning potential per driver
- CPM-based earnings when mileage exceeds the guarantee
- W-2 employment
- The harder the team runs, the greater the earning potential
Minimum guarantee is subject to meeting scheduled availability, dispatch acceptance, safety and employment requirements.
HOME WEEKLY
- Typically 5 days out
- Home weekly in Charlotte
- Occasional 6-day weeks during higher-volume periods
- Unassigned FedEx Ground Linehaul operation
This position is ideal for drivers who want to run when freight is available while still having a guaranteed income floor during slower weeks.

You’ll operate a brand-new Volvo VNL 860 high-roof sleeper equipped for team comfort, including:
- 77” high-roof sleeper
- Premium mattress

- Terminal-to-terminal operation
- 100% no-touch freight
- Drop-and-hook
- Doubles operation

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Class A CDL
- Doubles/Triples (T) endorsement
- Verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Must meet FedEx Ground driver qualification requirements
- Acceptable MVR and safety history
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Must pass required drug screening and background requirements
- Professional, dependable and safety-focused
- Comfortable operating in a team environment
- Willing to run and maximize available miles
