MIC Transportation is hiring CDL-A OTR Drivers for Flatbed, Step Deck, and Conestoga.
We are looking for professional, safety-focused drivers who want consistent OTR freight, strong earning potential, and a long-term opportunity with a reliable carrier.
Compensation
- 30–32% of gross
- Weekly earning potential: approximately $2,500–$4,800
- Truck gross revenue up to $15,000/week
- 1099 independent contractor position
Home Time
- Typical schedule: 3 weeks OTR / 1 week home
- Home time may be flexible depending on the driver’s home location and operational needs

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Previous CDL-A OTR experience required
- Flatbed experience preferred
- Safe driving record
- Must meet DOT and company qualification requirements
