CDL-A Local Flatbed Driver | 3rd Shift Shuttle | Lafayette, IN | Home Daily + Bonuses
We’re hiring CDL-A drivers with flatbed experience for a local overnight shuttle route in Lafayette, IN. This is a full-time, third-shift opportunity moving high-priority freight between nearby locations—offering consistent hours, no over-the-road travel, and daily home time.
Weekly Pay & Bonuses
Average Weekly Pay: $1,900–$2,100, based on shift hours and overtime
New Hire Bonus: $500 paid on your second paycheck
Referral Bonus: Up to $3,000 paid in milestones
Overtime Pay: Time and a half after 40 hours
Job Details
Shift: Sunday night – Friday morning, 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Home Time: Home daily
Route: Intra-city shuttle between two Lafayette, IN locations (approx. 6 miles apart)
Freight: CAT gensets, engines, and radiators—live load/unload
Equipment: 2016–2023 Kenworth trucks with double drop trailers
Parking: On-site
Requirements
Valid CDL-A license
1 year of recent tractor-trailer experience
At least 6 months of verified flatbed experience within the past 3 years
Securement training required (must include chains and binders)
Must be comfortable with overnight driving
Orientation required (held in Atlanta)
