Sengke Logistics is hiring experienced OTR W-2 position Flatbed Truck Drivers to operate our brand-new Freightliner Cascadias. Duties
- Drive assigned trucks for route driving to deliver goods to designated locations.
- Load and unload freight, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo.
- Operate refrigerated trailers as needed, maintaining temperature controls during transport.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and vehicle maintenance records.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered on the road.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
Requirements
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) is required. Minimum 4+ months experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on the road.
- Clean MVR with no recent violations or major incidents.
- Clean background.
- Clean drug test.
- Clean clearing house result.
- Lift 90-100 pound tarps up 5-7 feet platforms.
- No more than 6 jobs in the past 3 years.
- Must be able to stay out OTR for a minimum of 3-5 weeks out (no less than)
- Professionalism, reliability, and strong communication skills.
