With various commodities and lanes, Montgomery Transport offers flexibility on how YOU want to get paid: percentage or CPM! Our Freedom to Choose fleet offers OTR drivers steady freight, unbeatable support, and maximized home time, along with percentage or cents-per-mile pay options, earning $70,000 – $75,000 per year!

Here’s how it works:
HAUL-iday Pay: An extra .05 cents per LOADED miles during this time frame.
$10,000 Orientation Pay
Week 1 – $1,500
Week 2 – $1,200
120 Day – $2,300
180 Day – $5,000
Dates of Eligibility:
1/1/2025 to 3/31/2025.
Pay:
$.53-.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay and Annual $.01 CPM tenure pay increase + an extra .05 cents per LOADED miles (1/1-3/31)
OR Choose 27% of line haul
Increased Weekly Minimum Pay:
30 days – 2 years = $1,200 and 2 years+ = $1,300!

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Requirements:
1-year CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6-month flatbed experience
Flatbed experience must be in the past three years.
No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents combined in the past three years
No DUI in the past 10 years
Experience hauling steel coil is a plus, though not a requirement
