Opportunity Overview
Pay: $2.00 – $2.10 per mile
Expected Weekly Earnings: $3,500 – $4,200
Weekly Mileage: 1,800–2,100
Dispatch System: 100% Non-Forced
Home Time: Most weekends (34–48 hour resets)
Freight: Flatbed loads (prior flatbed experience required)

Responsibilities
Operate your own Class A equipment to haul flatbed freight throughout the Midwest
Secure loads using appropriate flatbed procedures (tarps, straps, etc.)
Log all miles using ELD and maintain compliance with DOT regulations
Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries by coordinating with dispatch
Qualifications
23+ years old with a valid CDL-A
6+ months of recent OTR experience, plus some flatbed experience
Clean safety history:
No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
No more than 2 DOT-recordable accidents in 3 years
Max 3 total incidents in that timeframe
No rear-ends, rollovers, or 15+ mph tickets in last 3 years
No safety-related terminations from previous employers
No violent felony convictions (all others must be at least 3–5 years old)
Must pass DOT physical, urine & hair drug tests
SAP drivers must have completed the program at least 5 years ago
No bobtailing – truck and trailer must stay connected

Do you currently own or lease a Class A tractor-trailer that you operate under your own authority? (Required for Owner Operator consideration.)
Is your truck a 2000 model year or newer? (Trucks older than 2000 must have documentation of a certified engine rebuild.)
