Earnings & Incentives
Pay Range:$1,100–$1,500+ per week
Day-One Bonus:$300 Orientation Pay
Sign-On Bonus:Earn up to $1,500 in your first 90 days
Mileage Bonus:Up to 8 cents more per mile based on performance
Extra Pay:Short haul and stop pay opportunities
Job Details
Type:Over-the-Road (OTR), Solo
Mileage:2,500 to 3,000 miles per week
Freight:100% no-touch (preloaded, drop & hook, and live load)
Schedule:Out for 2 weeks with guaranteed home reset
Modern Equipment
Trucks:Assigned Freightliner Cascadia (automatic)
Trailers:Dry van or reefer
Fleet Average Age:18 months
No slip-seating— your truck stays yours
Requirements
Minimum age of 21
Valid Class A CDL
Graduation from a certified CDL training program (minimum 120 hours)
Ability to pass DOT drug screening (urine + hair)
Clean MVR and background preferred (minor infractions reviewed)
Commitment to safety, punctuality, and professionalism
Your Role
Safely operate a Class A vehicle over long distances
Complete daily inspections and maintain equipment
Use an ELD system to record hours and compliance
Coordinate with dispatch to stay on schedule
Follow all federal and company safety standards
