Position Overview
We’re hiring reliable Class A CDL drivers for dedicated regional routes out of Dallas-Fort Worth, TX. This hands-on role involves unloading freight at retail stores using rollers. If you want steady miles, competitive pay, and weekly home time, this is a great opportunity. We welcome both experienced drivers and recent CDL graduates—training and support are provided.
Pay & Benefits
Guaranteed Weekly Pay: $1,215 minimum (top earners up to $1,350)
Stop Pay: $25 per stop
Freight Type: 100% touch freight, manually unloaded with rollers
Route Type: Live unload deliveries to retail stores
Miles: Average 2,700 miles per week
Home Time
Home weekly for a 34-48 hour reset
Regional routes (not home daily or guaranteed weekends)
Equipment
Late-model Internationals, Freightliners, and Kenworths
Slip-seat operations
Assigned tractor after one week of paid ride-along training
Responsibilities
Operate Class A trucks safely and efficiently
Unload freight at customer retail locations
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Communicate with dispatch and maintain accurate logs
Manage multiple deliveries per route
Requirements
Minimum age: 21
Valid Class A CDL
At least 3 months of recent CDL driving experience
Pass a urine drug screen
Clean driving record: no DUIs, felonies, or at-fault accidents
No misdemeanors in the past 10 years
No previous terminations from driving jobs
Full driving history review required
