CDL-A Regional Driver | Home Weekly | $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

Pay: $1,400 – $1,600 per week ($0.82 – $0.85 CPM based on experience)
Home Time: Weekly 34-hour resets
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 ($500 after first load, $500 after 30 days)
Job Summary:
We are hiring experienced CDL-A Regional Drivers for our account based out of Joliet, IL. This is a 100% touch freight position, requiring physical unloading at Dollar Tree stores across Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Michigan. Drivers enjoy weekly home time for a 34-hour reset, but weekends are not guaranteed.
Position Details:
Freight: 100% touch freight
Coverage Area: IL, WI, IN, MI
Home Time: Weekly for a 34-hour reset (varies, weekends not guaranteed)
Training: 2-day training in an assigned truck ($150 per day)
Truck Parking: Must park at Markham Terminal —no at-home parking
Responsibilities:
Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle in compliance with DOT regulations
Unload freight at different store locations using proper safety practices
Communicate effectively with dispatch and store personnel
Maintain accurate logs and documentation
Provide excellent customer service while handling deliveries
Pay & Bonuses:
Weekly Pay: $1,400 – $1,600 gross
Unload Pay: $245 per trailer
Backhaul Pay: $70 per load
Stop Pay: $25 per stop
Mileage Pay: $0.82/mile – $0.85/mile

Requirements:
Valid Class A CDL
minimum 3 months of recent driving experience
Must be comfortable unloading freight (physical endurance required)
Strong customer service skills for interacting with store personnel
Must bring 2 weeks’ worth of supplies (clothing, bedding, toiletries, medications, etc.) to orientation
Availability to work Sunday through Saturday (workdays vary based on delivery schedules)
