25 – Casual Bus Driver Fort St. James Casual employment with no guaranteed hours Summary Performs a variety of skilled tasks driving regular and scheduled bus routes Liaises with students, parents, peers, and staff members Inspection and preventative maintenance on the bus Curricular and extra-curricular trips when required. Qualifications Completion of Grade 12 (Dogwood Certificate) BC driver’s license – Class 2 Full Privileged with air endorsement and an exemplary driving record/current driver’s abstract Valid First Aid certificate and CPR training Courses and training in defensive driving or a combination of training and experience 6 months of demonstrated successful experience driving vehicles requiring BC Class 2 or higher license in all seasons WHMIS 2015 Certificate and familiarity with WorkSafeBC safety procedures To Apply Complete/update your Make A Future portfolio.
