Cashier – Country Corners Market
A cashier will work at the register and provide services to the customers of Country Corners Markets. The following are the main duties and physical requirements of a store cashier but are not limited to:
Duties
Fulfill cashier shifts.
Clean and wipe down counters on a regular basis.
Clean all areas of stores when needed or requested.
Make coffee and fill roller grill.
Stock cups, lids, condiments, napkins.
Empty and dispose of trash when needed.
Maintain store stock on floor, cooler, deli.
Assist all customers with questions, merchandise and fueling.
Collect and maintain cash for your shift.
Count change back to customers.
Provide receipts to customers if requested.
Follow all safety policies while on duty.
Physical Requirements
Standing and walking for up to 8 hours in a day.
Squatting, bending multiple times in a day.
Lifting or carrying freight up to 25lbs.
Push and pulling freight up to 25lbs.
