Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT (U.S. Business Hours)
Position Type: Full-Time | Commission + Base Salary Target
Experience Level: Experienced Freight/Logistics Sales Required

About the Role:
1. We are looking for aggressive, experienced Carrier Acquisition Specialist (Truck Dispatching Services) to hunt and onboard owner-operators and small fleets for our truck dispatching services.
2. This is an outbound phone-sales role targeting U.S.-based carriers. If you know how to read a carrier authority, handle cold call objections from truckers, and consistently close deals, we want you on our team.
What We Offer:
1. 5% Recurring Commission: On every active carrier you onboard. As long as the carrier stays on our service and generates revenue, you get paid every single month.
2. Base Salary Qualification: Onboard at least 3 active carriers per month to qualify for your monthly base salary (in addition to your recurring commissions).
3. Uncapped earning potential driven directly by your performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct cold calls to U.S. carriers, owner-operators, and fleet owners.
2. Pitch truck dispatching services, overcome rate/market objections, and close carriers.
3. Maintain a structured pipeline of warm leads and follow up consistently.
4. Onboard new carriers smoothly and hand them off to our dedicated dispatch team.
Hard Requirements (Do Not Apply If You Do Not Meet These)
1. Proven Track Record: Minimum 1+ years of experience in U.S. freight sales, carrier sales, or truck dispatching lead generation.
2. Market Knowledge: Clear understanding of U.S. trucking equipment types (Dry Van, Flatbed, Stepdeck, Hotshot, Box Truck) and load board dynamics.
3. Shift Availability: Ability to work strictly from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM PKT without attendance issues.
4. Fluency: Excellent verbal English communication with a strong, confident phone presence.
5. Setup: Reliable high-speed internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a high-performance computer/headset.
