Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a CargoWise Staff member at AMUS HIRING. The CargoWise Staff will be responsible for providing support and consultation in managing CargoWise systems. Daily tasks include system configuration, user support, training, troubleshooting, and ensuring optimal performance of CargoWise applications. The role will also involve coordinating with different teams to meet operational goals and improve system efficiencies.
Qualifications
Experience with CargoWise systems, including system configuration and troubleshooting
Skills in providing user support and training on CargoWise applications
Familiarity with Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Transport, and Supply Chain operations
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with remote teams
Technical skills in managing data within CargoWise and related software
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience in project management is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
