Job Description
The candidate is expected to work actively with multiple stakeholders to drive Hub Transformation projects from conception to completion. This includes re-designing of the cargo handling process and new technology adoption & automation to strengthen SIN Hub resilience and improve customer service level.
Candidate will also be involved in digital product development, data analytics and simulation studies to optimise and improve efficiency of our air cargo business.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive operational excellence in the SIN Cargo Hub. Workstreams may include:
Review and re-design the end-to-end cargo handling process, including the critical touch points of cargo handling such as cargo lodge-in to warehouse, cargo build-up and cargo loading into aircraft; and
Drive new technology adoption and automation to strengthen SIN Hub resilience and improve customer service level
Lead Digital Product development efforts to optimise efficiencies of cargo operations & other business activities
Drive adoption of Gen AI applications across Cargo Sales, Operations and Planning departments
Design and develop new Analytics and Simulation Studies that will provide actionable insights to further optimise cargo business activities
Work with aviation authorities and operators on partnerships & joint initiatives to co-drive Cargo Hub Excellence
Other possible projects:
Part of cross-functional teams to conceptualise & implement new initiatives that will strengthen Cargo Business Resilience, Organizational Excellence and People Development
Support training & development of Cargo Citizen Developers
Support design & development of new Cargo products & services
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an university
Prefer experience in air cargo business and project management
Prefer experience and training in data analytics, design thinking, simulation studies and Agile methodology
A technology-savvy team player with a go-getter, outcome-driven and collaborative mindset
Strong conceptual thinking, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills
Excellent work ethics, rational, resourceful, able to multi-task and influence desired outcomes
