OBJECTIVE :
Plan, control, and supervise the operations of warehouse employees and export documentation staff. Manage operations in accordance with performance measurement and evaluation based on defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Coordinate with relevant internal and external departments.
Work tasks and duties:
-Plan, control, monitor, and manage departmental operations. Propose corrective actions and solutions to ensure smooth operations and achievement of company objectives.
-Plan, analyze, and assess operational performance based on KPIs. Identify preventive and corrective actions when achieving results does not meet defined targets. Evaluate the performance of subordinates.
-Plan manpower for warehouse staff and export documentation staff to ensure sufficient and appropriate staffing for each work shift. Control overtime work to ensure efficiency and optimal cost management.
-Monitor and control employee performance to ensure work is completed within specified timelines and in compliance with operational requirements.
-Review and improve work processes to comply with relevant regulations and procedures. Provide coaching and support training and skill development for subordinates. Promote safety awareness, accident reporting, and regular workplace safety inspections.
-Comply with company regulations and ensure subordinates follow established procedures. Monitor work errors and report operational performance and issues to senior management.
Degree : Bachelor’s degree up or equivalent
Experience : Minimum 7 years in warehouse operations, including at least 3 years as a Supervisor
Computer skills : Basic Microsoft office
Language skills : Able to communicate, read, and write English effectively
