Job Description
The successful candidate will be part of Singapore Sales (Cargo) team. He/She will prepare contracts, file rates in iCargo and ensure correct billing for Unit Load Device (ULD) shipments and other shipments with exceptions
Job Requirements
Ensure ULD billings are accurate as per contracts.
Ensure billings in iCargo are prompt and accurate.
Ensure timely preparation and filing of contracts.
Send out Class Rates to agents
Support the departmental requirement to handle booking request/reservation support the departmental needs.
Attend agent enquiry and changes in flights are communicated to customers if required
Requirements
Diploma holder.
Experience in Cargo knowledge.
Knowledge on iCargo and Cosys+ system
Diploma Holder with accounting knowledge
