Key Responsibilities
- Develop new carrier relationships to expand our network
- Thoroughly research prospective carriers to ensure compliance with PGT and FMCSA safety guidelines
- Manage both inbound and outbound call volume to generate leads for load coverage
- Schedule freight dispatch with approved carriers and ensure on time pickup and delivery
- Quickly address potential issues and identify solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
Role Requirements
- HS diploma or GED. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience with truck dispatch or freight brokerage is preferred.
- Strong focus on customer service
- Driven to produce results, hit key metrics and push to reach new revenue goals
- Self-motivated and problem-solving
- This position is required to be in office.
