ROLE OBJECTIVES
The Cambodia Freight Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing freight documentation, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining data accuracy. This role involves managing the team, optimizing processes, monitoring financial performance, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth freight operations.
Job Description
• Oversee the documentation team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Develop and implement operational processes to improve workflow.
• Provide an ongoing system and process training to enhance team performance.
• Monitor job profitability and ensure financial targets are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Country Management, Regional Customer Success, Operations, and Finance) and external stakeholders (Clients, Service Providers, Network Partners, and Shipping Lines) for seamless job execution.
Job Requirements
• Strong experience in sea-freight operations and shipping documentation.
• Solid understanding of freight management and forwarding solutions.
• Proficiency in relevant logistics software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work across teams.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
