FreightCenter is seeking a National Account Manager to join our amazing sales team!
Palm Harbor, FL | Full-Time | $15.50/hr + Uncapped Bonuses
In-office only | Call Center Environment | No Cold Calling! | Inside Sales

Pay & Schedule
Base Pay: $15.50/hour + uncapped monthly bonuses
Average 1st-year earnings: ~$ 42 K+ (Top performers earn $70–85K and higher)
Schedule: 10 AM – 7 PM | Full-time | Alternate 1–2 Saturdays a month
Location: 34125 US Highway 19 N, Palm Harbor, FL 34684 (On-site only)
What You’ll Be Doing
At FreightCenter, you won’t just make calls—you’ll build relationships and help businesses ship smarter. You’ll work with high-quality leads that have expressed interest on our website. No cold calling required!
Make outbound calls and send emails to assigned leads
Build and manage long-term customer relationships
Run quotes, book shipments, and assist with any issues that may arise
Educate customers on freight shipping options and best practices
Use a consultative sales approach to offer tailored shipping solutions
Manage your book of business and drive repeat business
Show up with motivation, enthusiasm, and a willingness to win
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to actively listen and build trust quickly
Comfortable navigating multiple tabs and systems (Google Drive/Docs proficiency preferred and TMS system)
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, eager to learn, and money motivated!
Adaptable to new technologies and fast-paced environments
Sales experience is a plus—but not required! We train you from the ground up
