The Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our high-performing Sales team. You’ll lead the charge in identifying, developing, and winning new business, with the freedom to own your pipeline.
The Role
- Strategically identify and qualify new opportunities through smart prospecting, effective call cycles, and deep lead analysis
- Deliver a seamless sales process – from initial contact to successful onboarding, with the support of senior leadership for closing complex deals
- Tailor solutions to each customer’s unique needs by understanding and leveraging our full operating model
- Support a smooth onboarding experience for new clients, ensuring a strong start and long-term success
- Collaborate across teams and departments, working closely with key internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding results and client outcomes
- Report on sales performance and market trends, contributing valuable insights to the broader business strategy
What We’re Looking For
You’re not just experienced, you’re a closer. You know how to spot an opportunity and turn it into a long-term client. You bring grit, strategy, and a client-first mindset.
- 2–3+ years of success in new business development (freight/logistics industry preferred)
- Proven track record of smashing sales targets
- Strong knowledge of domestic transport, warehousing, or international logistics
- Self-starter with resilience, tenacity, and a solutions-focused mindset
- Confident communicator and negotiator at all levels
- Qualifications in Sales, Marketing, Transport & Logistics (preferred)
