Job Description

- Salary Package: Basic up to MYR 7,500 + Allowance + VB

Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients to build relationships and arrange meetings.
- Plan and carry out marketing and lead-generation activities.
- Research target companies and key decision-makers to identify new business opportunities.
- Grow revenue from existing accounts while developing new customers.
- Identify and develop new markets, logistics lanes, and revenue streams to support sales growth.
- Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
- Prepare commercial quotations and proposals based on client requirements.
- Set business development targets in line with company goals and work towards achieving them.
- Coach and guide team members to strengthen their commercial and sales capabilities.

- 5 – 8 years of business development or sales experience in airfreight, last-mile, or cross-border eCommerce logistics.
- Proven experience managing revenue targets or sales growth.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Existing airfreight capacity relationships will be an advantage.
- Experience selling within a multi-brand or network structure will be an advantage.
- Sea freight experience will be an advantage.
