The BDM will be a key player in generating new business, driving growth, and cultivating strong, lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Business Development Manager (BDM), you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and growing the company’s presence in the Munster region. Your role will include:

Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the energy sector to drive revenue growth and expand the client base.

Sales Strategy Execution: Work closely with the experienced sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals. Your proactive approach to securing new leads and closing sales will be key to your success.

Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain long-term, positive relationships with clients. Act as a trusted advisor to clients by offering tailored energy solutions that meet their specific business needs.

Industry Knowledge & Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities, understand client needs, and offer innovative solutions.

Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Take ownership of your success by consistently closing deals and contributing to the overall sales goals of the team.

Collaboration & Teamwork: Collaborate with the broader sales team to ensure that you are aligned with company-wide goals, and support each other in delivering exceptional customer service.

Competitive Compensation Package: A competitive starting salary of €40,000 plus the opportunity to earn uncapped commission of up to €28,000 annually based on your performance.
