Summary

To support our business growth and success, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager. In this pivotal role, you will:

Lead efforts to develop the sales freehand customer portfolio within a defined geographical scope by promoting and selling standard Toll products.

Actively hunt, manage, and expand a personal customer portfolio based on business needs.

Represent Toll in line with our values and ethics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management is highly desirable.

At least 3 years of professional experience in an equivalent position.

3-4 years of industry-related forwarding, business development experience: freehand, air freight…

Customer hunter skill is a must

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English. Verbal skills in Chinese (Mandarin) are advantageous.

A proven track record of successful development strategies.

Focused and goal-oriented, with the ability to stay on track and achieve targets.

Experience in contract logistics is a plus.
