Responsibilities
Prospect new business, develop leads, sell, and onboard new LTL and FTL clients
Manage client accounts by establishing trusted and respected relationships, resulting in long-term partnerships and business growth
Successfully negotiate price and service with prospects
Organize and conduct sales activities efficiently and economically in line with sales objectives
Maintain excellent communication with external and internal customers
Coordinate account service expectations and customizations with the operations team
Stay fully informed about competitor developments
Safeguard all assigned company assets and proprietary data
Facilitate information meetings with operations management
Oversee special assignments as directed
