JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible to market and sell logistics and e-fulfillment services for both domestic and regional market.
- Maintain good working relationships with customers, business partners, external suppliers and regulatory authorities.
- To prepare proposals to meet customer’s requirement.
- To conduct analysis, costing and prepare monthly reports for management and client meeting.
- Facilitate and plan with operation team on e-fulfillment services.
- Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Sales experiences in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Self motivated, independent and result oriented.
- Able to 'look ' outside the box for solutions.
- Fluency in English, Malay, Chinese and local language
- Demonstrable ability to handle most common customer objections.
- Developed communication, persuasiveness, influencing and negotiation skills
- Has strong needs evolution and questioning skills.
- A good understanding of logistics and forwarding products, solutions and fulfilment
