Role Overview
We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Bunker Trader to join our growing team in Greece. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing customer relationships, identifying trading opportunities, and executing bunker transactions across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with shipowners, operators, charterers, and other maritime stakeholders.
- Source, negotiate, and execute bunker fuel transactions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the maritime sector.
- Monitor market developments, pricing trends, and trading opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction execution and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve commercial targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Bunker Trading, or
- 5+ years of experience in Maritime Sales with a strong commercial network within the shipping industry.
- Strong understanding of maritime markets and commercial shipping operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
