What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in keeping goods moving smoothly across borders by:
- Contacting importers to gather information for customs clearance
- Managing your own task queue to keep shipments on track
- Liaising with customers, Customs, MPI, Medsafe, and other key agencies
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Handling inbound and outbound calls, along with email communication
- Assisting with inspections, x-ray processes, and shipment documentation
- Submitting documents for customs lodgement
