The Role
Own the branch, drive the results – here's what you'll be accountable for:
- Take full P&L ownership, driving revenue growth, cost optimisation, and overall branch profitability
- Oversee end-to-end freight forwarding operations across sea, air, and road
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to grow market presence and win new business
- Build and manage strong relationships with key customers, carriers, and business partners
- Lead, develop, and motivate cross-functional teams across sales, operations, and customer service
- Drive continuous process improvement aligned with global operational standards
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and governance frameworks
What We're Looking For
A commercially strong, operationally astute logistics leader:
- 8-12 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding, with 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of multimodal freight forwarding operations – sea, air, and land
- Proven P&L management experience with a track record of delivering business growth
- Strong commercial acumen, including sales, key account management, and business development
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
