Box Truck Driver-Non CDL Class C Jobs in Statesboro, GA at Hartson-Kennedy, Inc.
The Box Truck Driver will be a self-motivated team member who is detail-oriented and diligent regarding accuracy and quality of the work performed.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, EXPERIENCE
· Applicant must be highly dependable and have a good work history
· Must be willing to work long shifts with the potential of staying overnight on occasion
· Must have a minimum Class C Commercial Driver’s license
· Must have basic working knowledge of electronics
· Must be a safe driver with a clean Motor Vehicle Record
· Must have good people and communication skills
· Must be able to lift 125 lbs.
DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible for obtaining and keeping current a minimum of Class C Commercial Driver’s License
· DOT physical, and DOT Drug screen
· Responsible for knowing and complying with DOT regulations
· Load, unload, and deliver freight
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
· Ability to lift 125 pounds
· Ability to lift and carry countertops individually or with a teammate
· Ability to stand and walk on concrete for periods of time
EXPECTED HOURS
· Availability to work 8 hours per day and additional overtime hours Monday – Friday
· Availability to start work before regular shift and remain after shift
