Box Truck Driver (Non-CDL) Jobs in Pittsburgh, PA at CONDUIT TRANSPORTS, LLC
Conduit Transports, LLC is looking for Box truck Drivers (Standard license) to transport palletized freight between Amazon warehouses and post offices. Max distance is usually ~300 miles roundtrip. *** Must be willing to train for 2 nights prior to working.
Opportunities are paid by the load which averages around $21 per 8hrs
Paid weekly bonus incentives for keeping a 100% overall score, per Amazon Relay’s standards
Full time position (W9)
Graveyard Shifts with varying start and stop times. Examples shown below:
· Overnight Short Block — 2am – 8am
· Overnight Long Block — 3am – 2pm
Must be able to work 5 days per week, 6 days preferred
Must have a valid driver’s license (CDL not required)
Must be 21 years or older
Must be VERY PUNCTUAL!
Responsible & Reliable
Dock-to-Dock type of deliveries
A Night Owl, happy to work Graveyard Shifts
Physically fit (Pallet Jack, Palletized Freight)
Have a good driving record (MVR)
1 year of similar driving experience (16 ft to 26 ft. Box Trucks), preferred not required
Prior Class B CDL experience, preferred not required
Will clear a Background Check
Will clear a Drug Test – NO Marijuana
No DUI in the last 3 years
No License suspensions in the last 2 years
No major at fault accidents in the last 2 years
Driver Responsibilities
Operating a Liftgate and Pallet jack.
Must be able to Load and Unload your own truck.
Delivering palletized products to various Local Post offices; with some loose boxes
Have a reliable smartphone

Pay Rates
1. Routes that are under 100 miles will pay $100.00
2. Routes that are 101 to 200 miles will pay $135.00
3. Routes that are 201 to 270 miles will pay $155.00
4. Routes that are 271 to 350 miles will pay $175.00
5. Routes that are over 351 Miles will be paid at $0.50 per mile
Bonuses
1. Drivers that maintain a 100% overall score, per Amazon Relay’s standards, will receive an additional $50.00 per pay period
