Job Description:
Knowledge of the refrigeration transport industry and supply chain – highly preferred
Accurate data entry – internal application and web-based platforms (tracking software)
Ability to interoperate / understand freight requirements via email.
Highlighting same day requests to the operation team.
Strong computer skills
Analytical mindset
Qualifications:
Knowledge of the refrigerated transport industry and supply chain (highly preferred)
Accurate data entry skills
Proficiency in internal applications and web-based tracking platforms
Ability to understand and interpret freight requirements via email
Strong communication skills to flag urgent or same-day requests
Excellent computer skills
Analytical mindset
Experience managing booking-related emails
Ability to convert customer requirements into system data accurately
Strong attention to detail
Effective time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and proactive work ethic
Work Schedule:
Time: 6AM to 3PM / 7AM to 4PM (Manila Time)

Home-based
Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
