Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
Review and analyze carrier freight bills to ensure billing accuracy.
Resolve errors and prevent duplicate billing issues.
Ensure timely billing of customer orders.
Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve billing issues.
Maintain quality and service levels when interacting with clients.
Collaborate with transportation providers to gather documentation for billing.
Shifts:
Day shift – On-site Monday–Thursday, Remote on Fridays
Dress Code:
Business casual; please dress appropriately for both in-office and remote work environments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
