Bilingual Dispatcher (HOTSHOTS) Jobs in Remote at Junito’s Logistics LLC
Responsibilities:
As a Bilingual Dispatcher for our hotshot fleet, you will:
Utilize load boards such as Truckstop and DAT to source and negotiate freight for our hotshot drivers.
Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of loads.
Monitor and track shipments, providing real-time updates to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers and clients.
Resolve any issues or delays in the transportation process.
Collaborate with other team members to optimize routes and improve overall efficiency.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and drivers.
Requirements:
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Proven experience as a dispatcher in the transportation or logistics industry (minimum of 2 years).
Expertise in using load boards, such as Truckstop and DAT.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of hotshot freight operations is a preferred.
Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
