Position: Back Office Operations – Night Shift (Logistics)
Location: D1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Company: Airlift Vietnam (subsidiary of Airlift USA – New Jersey)
Report to: USA Office (New Jersey)

Working Hours
Night shift, aligned with New Jersey (USA) time zone
Expected working time in Vietnam: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (subject to daylight saving)
5 working days/week, 2 days off (rotating schedule)

Job Responsibilities
Provide operational and customer service support for US-based clients
Coordinating bookings, shipment tracking, document review
Communicating with agents and clients via email
Preparing and processing shipping documents (B/L, invoice, booking…)
Data entry and back-office tasks for the USA team

✅ Requirements
Freshers are welcome
Professional English skills are a must (email communication, documentation, speaking and writing)
6 months to 2 years of experience in logistics or shipping operations
Familiarity with basic tools: email, Google Sheets/Excel
Ability to work independently during night hours
Detail-oriented, responsive, and fast learner

Compensation & Benefits
Monthly salary: from ₫7,500,000 to ₫10,000,000
(depending on experience)
