We are looking for a B2B Logistics Executive to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations for business-to-business (B2B) logistics. This role involves managing inbound and outbound logistics, coordinating with vendors and transport partners, optimizing inventory flow, and ensuring timely deliveries.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire B2B logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including coordination with suppliers, warehouses, and distribution centers.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize freight forwarding, dispatching, and order fulfillment.
Coordinate with 3PLs, transporters, and shipping carriers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Monitor key logistics KPIs such as on-time delivery (OTD), cost per shipment, and inventory turnover.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, warehouse management, and customer service, to improve order accuracy and reduce delays.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and transportation laws.
Identify process gaps and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Negotiate contracts with logistics service providers and evaluate their performance.
Implement technology-driven solutions for tracking shipments and optimizing route planning
Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 years of experience in B2B logistics, supply chain, or transportation management.
Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, dispatch management, and inventory control.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems, WMS, and logistics tracking software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple logistics operations simultaneously.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
