As the Maintenance Manager at Skyservice, you will oversee all aspects of the maintenance base’s performance.
Your role includes managing safety, quality, budget, and customer satisfaction, while ensuring compliance with CARs and Transport Canada regulations. This position demands strong leadership and organizational skills across a team focused on excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all maintenance performance indicators and metrics
• Ensure compliance with CARs and approved maintenance programs
• Maintain clear communication on maintenance project progress
• Collaborate with various departments for resource planning
• Support and mentor maintenance team for certification and development
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Aviation or Aircraft Maintenance
• Valid Transport Canada AME or ACA license
• Minimum 6 years of aviation experience, 2+ in management
• Strong knowledge of CARs and maintenance programs
• Proven leadership and decision-making abilities
