Cost Less Auto Parts is looking to hire a counter sales associate at our Orchards location. Counter professionals help our customers by cataloging and sourcing parts to fit their vehicle.
Automotive knowledge is required to succeed at this position.
We offer flexible scheduling for both full and part time employees.
Duties include:
Greeting all customers as they enter/exit the store
Aiding customers to locate items on the sales floor
Helping customer both at the counter and in the aisles
Participating in ongoing training in both automotive and business through any available resource
Cataloging and selling correct parts
Sourcing parts from local vendors
Checking factory direct sources for availability and shipping options
Maintaining an organized and stocked store front and warehouse
Helping put away freight
Taking care of aisle responsibilities and reporting inventory issues
Helping to improve our inventory by reporting lost sales and customer inquiries to the buying department
Going above and beyond for any customer where an opportunity is identified
Installing wiper blades and performing minor diagnostic checks following company policy
Assisting with cashier responsibilities when required
Assisting Retail Managers and PIC’s in whatever tasks are required
