We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Control Tower Analyst to oversee and manage end-to-end shipment operations, ensuring full visibility, timely delivery, and high service quality. The role involves monitoring transportation activities in real time, identifying and resolving potential disruptions, and coordinating effectively with carriers, customers, and internal teams to maintain seamless supply chain execution and deliver excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive Shipment Monitoring for different lanes negotiated with the final customer.
- Analysis of pending information and late shipments with their respective action plan.
- Backup of all reports performed for the account. Share and create performance reports for the customer.
- Register the follow up on milestone with the DHL stations.
- Coordinate communication across stations, vendors, customers and DHL workers.
- Support and knowledge in logistics operations through proactive management and monitoring.
Skills / Requirements:
- Professionals/students in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business or similar occupations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills & business skills in English and Spanish.
- Good level of MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Customer service and communication skills.
- Teamwork and autonomy.
