Day-To-Day Responsibilities:
Drive Operational Excellence and Sustainability: Train, coach, inspire, empower, mentor, support, manage, and lead a team of up to 10 truck drivers while cultivating a culture derived around operational excellence, sustainability, safety, and teamwork.
Help Owner Operators Make the American Dream Become a Reality: Ensure Owner Operator Partners are consistently grossing a MINIMUM of $5,000 per week while removing roadblocks / barriers, and ensures Owner Operator Partners are set up for success. Set goals with drivers and works persistently to ensure the goals / expectations are exceeded. Ensures that each driver is completing at least five loads per week.
Maximize Driver Potential: Find each driver’s hidden potential, and help them unleash it to the fullest extent. Understand their strengths, opportunities, and put them in the best situation to be successful. Tactically work with drivers to make opportunities become strengths. Works to increase top and bottom line for each driver and coaches on leading industry practices.
Build / Craft Strong Meaningful Relationships: Build a personable connection with your team of truck drivers while demonstrating unflagging empathy and relentless support. We want our drivers to know that we are FIGHTING to deliver for both them and their families EVERY SINGLE DAY. Build trust, and each and every single driver that we truly value them to the point where they would do anything for you. Understand and uncover what motivates your drivers.
Provide A Legendary World-class Customer Experience: The level of superior service that we provide to our truck drivers is part of our competitive advantage to win big in the marketplace. Serve as a strategic business consultant for our Owner Operator Partners.
Grow a Steady Network of Brokers / Customers: Proactively builds trust and rapport with quality brokers and expands company’s network of freight, so it can create more value for its drivers.
Master Negotiator: Consistently negotiate the highest load rates as possible for your team of drivers to increase their gross revenue. Books quality and efficient loads for drivers while planning ahead for the following day.
Go The Extra Mile: We do not want to just meet expectations, but we want to CRUSH them out of the park. We allocate and exert all energy and resources towards ensuring our drivers are set up to win!
Create Value For Our Drivers: Serve as a brand ambassador for Eminent Transport while creating value for your team of drivers that differentiates our brand from the competition. Bring company’s culture, mission, vision, strategy, and blueprint to life every single day.
Always Evolving: Stay in-tune on emerging and evolving industry and market trends
Firefighter: When “fires” do arise, it is important that you quash them immediately and reflect on what caused the issue to implode and develop preventative strategies to ensure the same issue does not reoccur in order to ensure our operations are running seamlessly.
