The Job
Client Management
Timely response to client on quotation and ops enquiries.
Secure forward project pipeline
Secure Contractual agreement with key anchor customer
Key point of contact with client
Explore potential collaborations with clients and create value-added services
Establish framework agreement with shipyard to position OMC as their yard extension
Secure a lease agreement with fabricators to utilise OMCs staging plot for fabrication purpose.
Profitability
Ensure profits for all assigned projects
Extend product/service required by client to drive higher revenue performance.
Conduct pricing analysis and review pricing models for revenue optimization
If required, put up proposal to PLH Manager to achieve balance between profitability and competitiveness in view to secure opportunity.
Execute timely and accurate invoicing
Timely and accurate generation of invoice
Manage AR timeline with PLH customers
Job Requirement
Degree in Maritime or Business-related field
3-5 years of experience in commercial operations, sales, business development or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and internal stakeholders
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
Strong team player, Result oriented
Computer literate, familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
