through data-driven decision making. Well versed with transportation logistics industry, vendor capabilities, and compliance. Able to run cost simulations to evaluate various logistics models to assist business requirements. Assist internal stakeholders by providing consultation on any logistics requirements. Monitor team performance and vendor performance through regular reviews of KPIs. Well aware of the importation and exportation process, focusing on GCC/MENA.
