Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager, located in Lahore. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves preparing sales reports, conducting market research, coordinating with internal departments, and participating in sales meetings and presentations. Additionally, the Assistant Sales Manager will assist in negotiating contracts and handling customer inquiries and complaints.
Qualifications
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Sales strategy, market research, and customer relationship management skills
Ability to prepare and analyze sales reports
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Minimum 5 years experience in the freight forwarding industry
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
