Universal Field Services is seeking an Assistant Relocation Manager! This is a great opportunity for a relocation professional with hands-on residential and non-residential relocation experience who is ready to step into a support-leadership role! You’ll work closely with the Relocation Manager and project leadership to keep the relocation team on track, help ensure quality and compliance across every file, and build toward greater ownership of relocation operations on assigned projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assists with oversight responsibility for all relocation staff and deliverables.
- Coordinates timelines and deliverables with the Relocation Manager, Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, and all other Project Supervisors.
- Provides assistance on project and relocation strategy, for both residential and non-residential relocation.
- Supports the relocation team’s performance in meeting all required timelines and budgets.
- Communicates changes and progress to the Relocation Manager, Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, and all project personnel.
- Is prepared for and attends client team and status meetings, as requested.
- Has in-depth understanding of the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Polices Act of 1970, as amended (URA), Title 49 CFR, Part 24, and client’s policies and procedures.
- Has in-depth understanding of right of way appraisal, relocation assistance, and property management, for both residential and non-residential relocation.
- Helps ensure the quality of all activities performed by relocation staff.
- Assists with maintaining all relocation project status reports.
- Provides technical guidance and regular feedback to relocation staff.
- Ability and flexibility to work in cooperation with all those assigned to the project.
- Reports directly to the Relocation Manager, Assistant Project Manager, or Project Manager, as defined by the project(s).
