Drive distribution planning (Secondary network) across MENA countries (Egypt, Jordan, Morocco, UAE) through automated route planning tools. Deliver best service to customers through efficient route planning and ensure on time delivery at the most optimized cost. Generate transportation reporting for countries in scope driving analysis to support business decisions towards an optimized distribution network. Ensure continuous operational alignment with the SC team in the countries to drive sustainable distribution by minimizing waste and reduce environmental impact.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
Service to Customer:
Ensuring daily optimized delivery plans (through the automated route planning tool) for the countries in scope
Analyzing distribution data to support business decisions.
Improve “Service to Customer” through ensuring on time delivery and with the right quality in operations through analyzing root cause of On-Time failures
Take actions to reduce damages and refusals by analyzing the root causes.
Cost Management:
Managing cost reduction initiatives to improve overall Delivery cost.
Drive load optimization of the distribution network through data analysis and develop actions accordingly.
Continuous development of route planning tool (LOCUS) as well as SAP upgrade to ensure full automated process.
Supplier Management:
Develop monthly distribution supplier evaluation to support operational decisions in the countries.
Provide real time visibility on supplier performance and data capture through technology (track and trace)
Sustainability:
Reducing Nestle’s carbon footprint by measuring CO2 emissions and driving reduction.
Budget:
Ensure all PRs, POs and GRs are completed on time correctly
Track all expenses for weekly reviews
Provide monthly accruals

What Will Make You Successful…
Academic Min. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferably in Supply Chain (Logistics, Procurement, Planning, MRP etc.) or Engineering.
1-3 years of supply chain experience, preferably in logistics
Interested and experienced in:
Transportation, Warehousing or SC experience
High level of data analytics and reporting
Enthusiast in Digitalization and Automation
Collaborating with others to achieve goals.
