Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Vendor Management:

Develop and nurture relationships with third-party logistics providers and freight forwarder to ensure alignment with company goals and standards.

Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing to optimize cost efficiency and service quality.

Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate 3PL performance regularly.

Operational Oversight:

Develop and manage the company’s overall Supply Chain strategy to maximize the process efficiency and minimize the cost.

Handle import/export process and flow of traffic to/from foreign destination including customs liaison, declaration, and documentation.

Ensure the shipping process are compliance with all applicable to local customs laws and regulations.

Manage logistics and distribution to guarantee timely and accurate product deliveries to all stores and end customers.

Support, troubleshooting and issue resolution on shipping related matters including of import/export operation.

Strategic Procurement and Inventory management to mitigate supply chain constraints.

Direct responsibility for Inventory Accuracy, discrepancy analysis and inventory adjustments, annual Stock count and overall financial results.

Process Improvement:

Continuously identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements with vendors, third-party logistics providers and freight forwarder.

Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure seamless integration with 3PL operations.

Team Leadership & Cross Functional Collaboration:

Guide, mentor, and develop a results-oriented work environment.

Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement among team members.

Works effectively across the organization to ensure successful execution of supply chain support.

Budget and Cost Management:

Develop and manage supply chain budget & costs including procurement, shipping, warehousing, distribution expenses.

Monitor expenses and costs to optimize spending and maximize cost-efficiency.

Implement cost-saving measures without compromising departmental quality.

Technology Integration:

Function as the ERP Inventory Super User, providing trouble shooting skills and training to other system users.

Leverage technology to optimise the supply chain, including automated reporting.

Risk Management:

Identify and mitigate potential supply chain disruptions.

Develop contingency plans to ensure continuous operation.

Communication & Collaboration:

Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including to align supply chain activities with business need.

Provide regular updates on supply chain performance and initiatives

Job Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in related discipline

A minimum of eight (6) years of experience in full scope of Supply Chain Management including Procurement, Shipping, Warehousing, Inventory, Distribution, E-Commerce and others related field.

A solid understanding of operating processes, business process standardisation, and enabling technologies.

Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and meticulous

Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate, coordinate, and supportive

Proficiency in ERP and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Require frequent travel to local or overseas warehouses

Good command of English for both verbal and written

Assist in any other ad-hoc task assigned by management
