We’re hiring a Product & Operations Manager at HAYA. ️ £40–55k | Manchester (hybrid)
Haya is modest activewear built for Muslim women. We exist because the gap was too big to ignore, women were layering men’s tops just to feel covered at the gym. We’re fixing that.

Right now, the founder is the system. This hire changes that.

- Huge huge career growth opportunity – you will be the first hire for the department and a team will be built around you as we grow
- Real ownership – you’d be building out the system and seeing your works real life effect
- The HAYA mission – if you’re someone who shares our values, you can help make a real difference to our community
- Flexible hours – hybrid between WFH & in office (ramadan, eid flexibility)

→ A 12-month NPD calendar that we actually execute against.
→ The sampling and approval process, from initial tech pack through to bulk sign-off.
→ Critical path management across multiple concurrent styles and seasons.
→ Working with suppliers on fit, construction, and quality, not just price and dates.
→ Supplier relationships A–Z. Reorder points, POs, freight, 3PL, invoices, all of it.
→ Zero stockouts caused by poor planning.
→ Product launches that happen on time.
→ Commercial & financial understand of margin & cashflow
‘ :
→ You’ve worked in ops, supply chain, or NPD at an apparel or activewear brand, and you know what a critical path looks like, how sampling rounds work, and why lead times slip.

→ You bring solutions, not status updates.
→ You find the problem before it becomes a crisis.
Who we’re looking for:
- 3–6 years in operations, supply chain, or NPD at an apparel or activewear brand, this is a hard requirement, not a preference

- You can hold a timeline and push back when things slip
- Bonus: you connect with our mission as a brand built for Muslim women
